does anyone know what the best and cheapest course in citrus county is, preferably close to hwy 19?

A fellow lady golfer, I love it. Wink The Plantation in Crystal River is a nice course and it isn't too expensive. If you call a few days ahead and I think if you take a tee time for after 1 or 2 in the afternoon it's under $30.00.
